The comprehensive tune-up covers the frame, wheels, brakes, derailleurs, shifters and crankset. You can opt for the complete overhaul which also includes repacking the bottom bracket, headset and hubs and cleaning the chain, cassette and chainrings. We even handle head tube facing and bottom bracket chase and facing.

Wheels:

• Clean rims
• Tension spokes
• Tune rims (Tolerance: Side-to-side<.5mm, Up-down<1mm)
• Adjust hub bearings

Brakes:

• Clean, inspect, lube brake posts and pivot
• Clean, inspect, lube and replace cables if necessary
• Adjust brake pads and replace if necessary
• Inspect and adjust brake lever

Derailleurs/Shifters:

• Inspect, lube derailleur pivots, adjust barrels, mounting and anchor bolts
• Clean, inspect, lube and replace cables if necessary
• Check shifter and shifter adjustment barrels
• Wipe down and lube chain

Crankset:

• Torque crank arms
• Check chainring bolts
• Check chainrings
• Check pedals, seat bolt, seatpost, stem, handlebars, bar ends and accessories
• Check tire and suspension fork pressure, replace tires and tubes if necessary

Cleaning:

• Clean chain
